Our servers are located in a state of the art computer facility specifically built
for supporting Internet servers. Web, application and database servers are all located behind
a firewall server. The facility has multiple backup systems with 24-hour on-site monitoring.
Can I backup my own data?
Yes. We have a very simple download function,
which allows you to backup a full copy of your data at anytime.
What are the minimum system requirements?

Windows 10, Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP, Windows 2000, or Mac OS X.
- Internet connection of 28.8k or faster (the faster the better)

Which browser does Time Management Solutions recommend to use with WebTimeTracker and WebPunchClock?
WebTimeTracker and WebPunchClock work best with Microsoft Internet Explorer. Netscape Navigator, Mozilla FireFox, Google Chrome and Safari are also supported.
Does anything have to be installed on our users' PCs to use WebTimeTracker and WebPunchClock?
No. As long as your PC is setup to use the Internet via a browser, you can access WebTimeTracker
and WebPunchClock without downloading or installing any components.
Is there a limit to how many projects and tasks that can be defined?
No. WebTimeTracker allows you to define as many projects and tasks as you need.
How can we enter our data into WebTimeTracker
or WebPunchClock without having to retype it?
Time Management Solutions can set up your organization's account for you. We
will require a file containing a list your projects, tasks, groups and users.
Can we use WebTimeTracker and WebPunchClock to collect payroll time?
Yes. WebTimeTracker and WebPunchClock can
be used to collect work time, lunch, sick,
vacation, and personal time and feed it to
most accounting and payroll packages.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept credit cards and PayPal. Payment plans are quarterly, semi-annually, or annually.

Your personal or company data remains confidential and no one except those you designate have
